Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9" cake pan. Combine flour with baking powder
and salt. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl at high speed of mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar,
1 tablespoon lemonade concentrate, milk and butter. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into squares, Serve with warm topping.
Topping:
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
remainder of frozen lemonade concentrate
Combine all ingredients in small heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture
thickens and bubbles.
