Fruit Cocktail Cake

3 eggs
1 can (1 lb.) fruit cocktail, drained
2 cups flour
1 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
TOPPING
cup walnuts, chopped
cup firmly packed brown sugar

GLAZE
cup evaporated milk
cup sugar
cup ( stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla
cup sweetened coconut,
shredded or flake

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs together in mixing bowl. Add fruit cocktail, flour, sugar and baking soda.
Stir together till moistened. Pour into ungreased bundt pan. Combine walnuts and brown sugar and sprinkle
over cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. For glaze, combine canned
milk, sugar and butter in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and
add vanilla and coconut. Allow to cool. Spoon over cake.
