Chocolate Pumpkin Cake

2 eggs
4oz butter
1/2 cup castor sugsr
1 cup mashed pumkin
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
grated rind 1 orange

juice of 1 orange
2 tsp. custard powder
1 Tbsp. golden syrup
1 tsp. baking soda 2 raised Tbsp of cocoa

Cream butter & sugar, add pumkin, then beat in eggs, golden syrup & orange rind.
Sift Dry ingredients, add alternaly with orange juice.
Bake at 150c until cake begins to leave side of tin.
Very moist.
Ice with a cream cheese topping, the same as for a carrot cake.
