Measure dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Stir just enough to mix. Bake in pan lined
with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Top with chocolate icing.
Chocolate Icing:
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp Cocoa
6 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
Cook until slightly thickened, remove from heat and add 1 box (1 #) powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread on cooled cake.
Very Moist cake.
