Chocolate Eclair Cake
Graham Crackers
12 ounce container Cool Whip
2 small packages vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup chopped pecans

3 cups milk
1 carton milk cocolate frosting (ready to serve)

Combine pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip. In 8 x 12-inch pan make layers of graham crackers and filling
(cool whip, milk and pudding). Warm frosting for one minute in microwave and spread over cake. Store in
refrigerator.
