1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
pinch salt

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup hot water
|
Combine margarine, sugar vanilla, egg and salt, beat until creamy. Add 2 cups flour, baking soda and cocoa
alternately with milk. Beat good then add hot water and beat again. Pour into a greased 9x13 in. pan and
bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes.
When cool Frost with a coffee mocha frosting. A very moist and delecious cake. Enjoy!!
