Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a very large bowl, add all of the liquid ingredients, mix well, then add all of the dry ingredients,
beat well then add the nuts, rasins, and apples and 1 tbs. of the rum the raisins were soaking in, mix.
Pour into the size pan desired, and bake until when knife is inserted it comes out clean.
Icing:
1 stick soft butter
1 box 10x sifted sugar
1 tbs, of that rum the raisins were soaking in.
2 tbs. milk
Beat butter until light, add 10x sugar a little at a time, then add rum mix, then add about 2 tbs of milk.
