Potato and Sausage Casserole
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup milk
3 cups raw sliced potatoes
Brown onion and sausage; drain. Mix soups and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat until mixture is lukewarm layer bottom of a 2-quart casserole with half of the potatoes. Cover with half the soup mixture and sprinkle with half the sausage. Repeat layers. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
