Ham 'n Hashbrown Casserole

1 (12-oz) pkg. frozen hashbrown
potatoes (I use the O'Brien-style)
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped, cooked ham
1/2 cup sliced green onions

1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
6 to 8 beaten eggs
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

Combine all of the above; add the beaten eggs. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Top
with the bread crumbs; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, in 350F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until
a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serves 6 - 8.
