Corn Omelete

1 can creamed style corn
2 large eggs, beaten well

enough milk to make moist
1 Tablespoon oil
|
Combine corn, eggs and milk. Beat well. Put oil in skillet and pour egg and corn mixture into skillet.
Bring to a boil. Boil until it gives a chunky appearance and milk disappears. Salt and pepper to taste.
