T's Broccoli Corn Bread

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 10 oz frozen broccoli, cooked and drained

1 chopped onion
1 12 oz small curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
|
Beat eggs. Add cheese and salt. Add broccoli, onion and muffin mixes. Mix well and stir in butter. Bake
in greased 9x13 pan at 400* for 30 min.
Very delicious!
