Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
In a large bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Mix in apricots
and walnuts.
Make a well in the center.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and oils.
Blend in the mashed banana and add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dry ingredients
are moistened.
Spread the batter in a prepared standard loaf pan.
Bake until the loaf is well browned about 1 hour 5 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
