Zucchini Wheat Bread
Recipe - Bread Machine 008
Zucchini Wheat Bread
for the Bread Machine
1 cup water
2/3 cup shredded zucchini
2 Tbsps. margarine
2 cups bread flour
2 cups wheat flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsps. bread machine yeast
1/3 cup choped walnuts
Place all ingredients except walnuts in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add walnuts at the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select whole wheat or basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
