Roasted-Garlic Potato Bread
for the Bread Machine
1 1/4 cups water
3 Tbsps. margarine
or butter, softened
1 egg
4 cups bread flour

2/3 cup roasted garlic mashed
potato mix (dry)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsps. bread machine yeast
|
Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White
cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool
on wire rack.
Note: For a stronger garlic flavor, add 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with the sugar.
