Oatmeal Sunflower Bread for the Bread Machine

1 c water
1/4 c honey
2 tablespoons butter
3 c bread flour
1/2 c quick cook oatmeal
 2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 c sunflower seeds
Place ingredients in order given into bread machine use basic white cycle med. or light crust setting.
Makes 1 1/2 pd loaf.

This is a wonderful bread, very light and a great taste. I recommend all to try this one it's a keeper.
