1-1/4 cups lukewarm water
1-2 tablespoons poppy seed
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3-1/2 cups bread flour
3 teaspoons yeast

Measure ingredients into baking pan. Insert baking pan into unit; close unit.
