Fiery Four-Pepper Bread

Fiery Four-Pepper Bread
for the Bread Machine

1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Red pepper sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped jalapeno chili
2 Tbsps. Margarine or
butter, softened
 4 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsps. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsps. yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.

Note: the volume of this loaf is slightly lower than most loaves.
