Texas Caviar


2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped black olives,
do not drain
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 jalapeno peppers,
seeds removed and chopped
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients; refrigerate for at least 5 to 6 hours (overnight is best). Serve with corn chips.
