1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small bottle catsup

My grandpa, a Methodist minister, was often asked to prepare barbecue for various community celebrations in west Texas. The amounts here are reduced as he prepared his sauce in a large iron pot near the barbecue pit.
