Sweet-Tart Berry Jelly
1 1/2 ounce lemon gelatin (3 env)
1 c -Boiling water
1 c -Cold water
10 ounces sliced strawberries, sweetened
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Empty gelatin into bowl, pour on boiling water, stir until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water, strawberries, salt. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.


Zucchini Pie
(tastes just like a sugar cream pie)

1 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, shredded zucchini
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3 Tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/4 teaspoon butter/margarine
1 t vanilla
cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste
Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender till smooth and pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. Bake 10 minutes at 425*, then 20 minutes at 300*. It 's done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.


Wayne's Pizza Sauce

1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Combine tomato sauce, oil, garlic, herbs, salt, sugar and pepper in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. May be refrigerated until needed. Keeps for about 2-3 weeks. This is sauce for 1 large or 2 mediums or 3 small pizzas.
Prepare packaged pizza crust and top with sauce.
Toppings: Cheese (all kinds); olives, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, etc.
